The Torrone-nougats are produced with pure gluten-free chocolate from the faraway Guayaquil, known as the pearl of the Pacific. There are plenty of tastes of Torrone: milk or dark chocolate, gianduia, white chocolate, with almonds or covered with chocolate.
For the most daring palates Giuliani offers other combinations of stuffed Torrone: pistachio, coffe, marrons cream, orange or fig rum.
